During your initial visit to our Center, you will go through a brief, basic “intake” procedure, before beginning your scheduled HBOT-treatments. As part of your introduction to our Center, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our “House Rules”.

• We operate on a tight and busy schedule. Please make every attempt possible to be ON TIME for your scheduled appointment. If you will be late, please notify the Center as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may have to reschedule your appointment.

• Please allow ample time for travel and traffic conditions. Please refer to our website for Directions to our Center.

• Please limit the amount of personal items you bring, as we have limited space, and offer no lockers, or other storage. Please consult with a member of our Center for approved items, such as blankets, pillows, certain electronic devices, etc. You are responsible for all personal belongings. The Chamber is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, theft, etc.

• No food or beverages of any kind are allowed inside the chambers, AT ANY TIME.

• Center Staff members are available at all times for assistance and answering questions. Please coordinate any special needs or requests with Center Staff members before your appointment. Please follow all procedures and instructions given by Chamber Staff, at all times.

• We want you to feel comfortable and at home while enjoying the Center, so please respect other patients and their loved ones and caregivers. Please refrain from any disruptive or disrespectful behavior of any kind. We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone not in compliance with our guidelines and rules.

• PLEASE NOTE: As a condition to accepting and receiving treatment, you are agreeing to abide by these rules and guidelines, and will also endeavor to promote the Hyperbaric Center and its services, including, whenever possible, the donation of money and/or time (volunteering), or provision of in-kind goods or services. You also agree to allow the Center to use, refer to and publish any aspect of your case for illustrative and demonstrative purposes, which we will present in a dignified, respectful manner.
